– Just before shutting down pretreatment machine, empty the machine of any pretreatment
– Load PCS and keep filled until next time pretreatment is needed
– When ready to use pretreatment machine again, remove Pretreatment Cleaning Solution and load pretreatment again

Fix problem nozzles instead of throwing them away. Simply add the following routine to your maintenance:
– After running machine maintenance, remove sprayer tip
– Completely submerge tips in Pretreatment Cleaning Solution
– Allow to soak until next use

– With a towel, apply PCS directly to any spills, misting, or dried pretreatment on the pretreatment machine parts
– Break up clogged tips with PCS and a toothbrush

Wow! It cleared our clog so fast

Wow! It cleared our clog so fast, we almost thought we did it wrong lol! We just started using it. We rinse the machine with warm soapy water, then clean water, then 1 or 2 passes with this stuff. It's worked great so far! The photo is after barely cleaning it. It loosened it so I could pull this looong "rubberband" out

Jury still out

I haven't been using the product long enough to judge whether it helps the overall life and effectiveness of our Schulze IV. Had hopes that using this in times of non-use would keep the nozzles from buildup blockage... but that is not the case. Probably should have curbed my expectations lower than "miracle worker"....
