Heat-Press Curing:

  • Press at 330˚F (or 165˚C) for 90 seconds, with low to medium pressure.

Conveyor-Dryer Curing:

  • Adjust belt-speed and temperature, so that the ink reaches 330 °F (or 165˚C) for 30 seconds.
  • We recommend using a laser thermometer to help dial-in your settings.

Quick Installation Guide:

  1. Open cartridge (screwdriver required)
  2. Remove the old chip and ink-bag.
  3. Insert the new chip ink-bag.
  4. Reassemble cartridge housing with screws.

Very good quality!

I've been using Ricoh ink for years and I think the firebird ink quality is much better. I am sticking with firebird!

Ricoh Ri 1000 Inks

Love the inks, no more clogged nozzles with the white inks. DTG and DTF prints looks amazing. Even during these last few hot weeks 100 degree plus, I still get clean nozzle checks through out the day. I can even take off for a few days and not worry about coming back to a clogged nozzle. So if you are thinking about changing over you won’t regret it. Plus the extra savings means more profit.

We are very happy with this ink. We were getting clogs with the ricoh white ink every day. Once we switched to firebird ink we no longer get clogs.
