Heat-Press Curing:

  • Press at 356 °F for 40 seconds, with low to medium pressure.

Conveyor-Dryer Curing:

  • Adjust belt-speed and temperature, so that the ink reaches 330 °F for 30 seconds.
  • We recommend using a laser thermometer to help dial-in your settings.

White Ink:

  1. Load both W12 and W34 with FIREBIRD white ink.
  2. Perform one "Super Cleaning" cycle.

CMYK Inks:

  • The CMYK inks may be loaded as desired.
  • Performing a cleaning-cycle is not required.

Amazing Product & Amazing Customer Support

I decided to make the switch and use Firebird inks about 1year ago and I don’t regret it. Ink spreads and lays on garments wonderfully and the cost savings can be immediately felt.

Also, the company is very responsive and willing to help me when delivery was lost (no fault to them). They immediately sent me replacement inks so that I wouldn’t loose any more print time. They really came through and saved me.
