Heat-Press Curing:

  • Press at 356 °F for 40 seconds, with low to medium pressure.

Conveyor-Dryer Curing:

  • Adjust belt-speed and temperature, so that the ink reaches 330 °F for 30 seconds.
  • We recommend using a laser thermometer to help dial-in your settings.

White Ink:

  1. Load both W12 and W34 with FIREBIRD white ink.
  2. Perform [Initial Ink Installation] → [White only] cycle.

CMYK Inks:

  • The CMYK inks may be loaded as desired.
  • Performing a cleaning-cycle is not required.
