Thank you for leaving a review! If you are experiencing any pouch errors with the chips, make sure that there is no ink buildup on the needle penetrating the bag. This could throw off the contact point between the chip and the printer. Additionally, make sure your chip is sitting flat in the clip and secure to the bag, as any movement can also produce the same error. Thank you for being a FIREBIRD customer!
